Each floor of Ocean Gem features natural grass terrace gardens opening up to the Marmara Sea, and all units boast uninterrupted sea views.

Ocean Gem Ataköy offers exclusive fitness centers (ranging from 150 to 200 m² per block), yoga studios, relaxation areas, children's playgrounds, seaside walking and jogging paths, a tennis court, a streetball court, pedestrian walkways, a biological lagoon, and an observation island. Additionally, inspired by Ottoman and French palace gardens, the 33,000 m² baroque-style landscape design merges with a 1,200-meter-long coastline, allowing residents to experience a Mediterranean ambiance in the heart of the city. The project was designed by Evrenol Architects and features diverse interior design concepts:

The project consists of 631 residential units in four 20-story blocks, offering various apartment types ranging from 1+1 to 4.5+1, with sizes between 88 and 398 m². The residences were delivered in July 2017.
